Replace porch for Linda and Ray Ferris

This project is in Minneapolis. The house was built in 1885. The porch was enclosed circa 1940. A pre-design inspection revealed an inadequate foundation. Because it had just been reshingled, Linda and Ray wanted to save the roof.
