We'll use a five step stairway approach to Green the Space you cook in and to Green the food you cook in it. Green as in healthier for you and healthier for our planet. We'll start with some DIY and offer some steps where you'll need the help of a pro. This class will give you a place to start, some benchmarks and suggest some destinations. A Greener approach almost always has a lower life cycle cost that leaves your wallet greener. You'll learn where to start, aids to navigation and possible destinations.
